All Collection orders must be returned to the branch that the order was collected from no later than 5pm on the final day of the hire period. Any rental items not returned by this time will be subject to the additional rental costs. 

All delivery orders that are to be collected by a Toolbox hire Ltd representative must be packed into the Toolbox that they were delivered in by the customer. The Toolbox must be available for collection on the collection date or they will be subject to additional rental costs. 

If you are not happy with a purchased item you can return your purchase in its original condition within 45 days. All you need is either your receipt, invoice or order confirmation where we can issue a refund or exchange. 

Any purchased product that is not in a re sellable condition or has been used cannot unfortunately be refunded or exchanged.
